Lockett Lures Outlet was started in 2009. It is the first gateway for individuals to purchase Lockett products directly from the source since the founding of Lockett Lures in 1968. If you are a retailer, guide service, or charter service, please contact us to receive our dealer price sheet.

Promotions:
Promotions cannot be used for case purchases, unless noted with the promotion. Effective 2/1/2026, any order placed with a promotional code automatically applies the checkmark to "allow substitutions". This will allow for quicker shipping, as well as allowing our customers to get the entire quantity of their order, therefore taking advantage of 100% of the discount.
Shipping Information:
Most orders are shipped within 4-10 business days. If your order is not available within 20 business days, we will contact you directly. All orders are shipped through USPS or UPS depending on size and weight.
Case Shipping:
When ordering cases, you must select "Ground Heavy" when checking out. This total is normally accurate, but if you're on the west coast, there will usually be an additional $5-$10 shipping charge per case.
International Shipping:
All international shipping charges will show $32 at checkout. Due to all of the flat rate options, actual shipping will be billed at the time your order is processed. We use a standard flat rate envelope to start at $32, then a flat rate medium box is $65, and larger orders will be shipped in a large flat rate box for $85. Shipping to Canada may be cheaper. You may contact us prior to order for a shipping quote. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Due to the increasing amount of fraud we've experienced coming out of Mexico, we will not be accepting new customers from Mexico at this time.
Stock Policy:
While we try to keep all products and colors in stock, it can be very hard at times. We stock several tackle shops in the USA, as well as several in other countries. We also mold for some very big brand names. If a color is out of stock, we reserve the right to back-order the product until we mold it. A back-order can take 2-20 weeks depending on popularity and needs of the product and color. If your back-order will exceed 2 weeks, you will be notified. Some of our products may be discontinued. We've also recently added the "substitutions check box" to help avoid back orders.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Effective 2/1/2026, there will be a 40% restocking fee on any returns, no matter the reason. With this change, there will also be a 20% cancelation fee on any order canceled later than 24 hours from the time it was placed. By placing your order through our website, you are agreeing to these terms.
Sales Tax:
With new rules coming in the near future, we want to make all of our customers aware that we do not charge sales tax for online orders. If you live in a state that has started the requirement of collecting state taxes through online sales, you would be responsible for showing your purchases on your state taxes the following year.
